Twenty volunteers from Aldea Maya went into the mountains today.

The sponsor students and their parents went in 2 trucks to cut and collect bamboo for our new, improved garden project.

It was really hard work to cut the massive bamboo sticks as the mountain was really steep.

We were able to get 100 bamboo into the back of a large truck.
